Elevate Weekly LLC ("Elevate," "we," "us," or "our") provides Elevate OS, a marketing intelligence, production, project collaboration, and client services platform.
This Privacy Policy explains how Elevate collects, uses, processes, stores, protects, and shares information through Elevate OS, including information obtained from authorized third-party marketing integrations.

Depending on the services used by an organization, Elevate OS may process the following categories of information.

Connected Marketing Platform Information
When an authorized user connects a supported third-party marketing platform, Elevate OS may access information made available through that provider and authorized by the user.
Depending on the integration, this information may include:

Traffic sources
Website engagement
Page performance
Search queries
Search impressions
Search clicks
Search position
Advertising performance
Campaign performance
Social content performance
Organization-level social analytics
Other authorized marketing and performance information

We may process technical information necessary to operate and protect Elevate OS, including:

How We Use Information
Elevate may use information processed through Elevate OS to:

Connected Marketing Platforms
When you connect a third-party marketing platform such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta, or LinkedIn, Elevate OS accesses authorized marketing and performance data solely to provide analytics, marketing intelligence, recommendations, reporting, and related services requested by your organization.
Elevate OS does not require users to provide their third-party account passwords.
Account authorization is performed through the applicable provider's authorization process where supported.
Elevate OS seeks to request only the permissions reasonably necessary for the functionality being provided.
Users may choose not to connect third-party marketing platforms. Certain Marketing Intelligence features may be limited when integrations are not connected.
Google User Data
If an authorized user connects Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or another supported Google service, Elevate OS may receive information made available through Google APIs and authorized by that user.
Depending on the connected Google service, this information may include:
Website traffic
Users and sessions
Traffic acquisition information
Page performance
Engagement metrics
Search queries
Search impressions
Search clicks
Click-through rates
Average search position
Search performance by page
Other authorized analytics or reporting information
How We Use Google User Data
Google user data accessed by Elevate OS is used to provide user-facing functionality requested by the connected organization.
This may include:
Marketing analytics
Website performance reporting
Organic search analysis
Traffic analysis
Identification of marketing trends
Identification of content opportunities
Organization-specific marketing recommendations
Marketing intelligence summaries
Preparation of related marketing briefs and production requests
Elevate does not sell Google user data.
Google user data is not used to create advertising profiles for sale to third parties.
Google user data obtained through connected Google APIs is not used to train or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
How Google User Data Is Stored
Google user data and derived organization-specific marketing intelligence may be stored using secured systems for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable Elevate OS services, maintain requested reporting history, satisfy contractual obligations, protect the service, and meet applicable legal requirements.
Authentication credentials and authorization tokens used to connect Google services are intended to be protected using secured server-side systems and are not presented as ordinary client-facing account data.
How Google User Data Is Shared
Google user data may be processed by authorized service providers when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or provide requested Elevate OS functionality.
Such providers may include infrastructure, hosting, database, security, analytics, integration, and artificial intelligence service providers acting on behalf of Elevate.
Elevate does not sell Google user data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
Elevate OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
Meta and LinkedIn Data
When supported Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn accounts are connected, Elevate OS may access authorized organization-level marketing, content, advertising, and performance information.
Such information may be used to provide requested Elevate OS functionality, including:
Marketing reporting
Campaign analysis
Content performance analysis
Organization-level social performance analysis
Marketing recommendations
Creative recommendations
Production planning
Elevate OS is not intended to use connected social platform data to create unauthorized personal profiles of individual social media users.
Available functionality and data access depend on the permissions granted by each platform and may change as third-party platforms update their APIs, policies, or services.
Artificial Intelligence and Automated Analysis
Elevate OS may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to analyze organization-specific marketing information and provide user-facing functionality.
This functionality may include:
Marketing insights
Recommendations
Summaries
Opportunity identification
Creative briefs
Production briefs
Content recommendations
Reporting
Other requested marketing intelligence functionality
Where practical, marketing information may first be transformed into structured metrics, observations, summaries, or other derived information before being processed by artificial intelligence systems.
Elevate may use third-party artificial intelligence service providers acting on Elevate's behalf to provide requested Elevate OS functionality.
Connected customer marketing data is not intended to be used to train generalized artificial intelligence models for unrelated customers or third parties.
Service Providers
Elevate may use third-party service providers to operate Elevate OS.
These providers may assist with:
Cloud hosting
Database services
Authentication
Data storage
Security
Email delivery
Marketing platform integrations
Artificial intelligence processing
Application monitoring
Analytics
Other infrastructure necessary to operate Elevate OS
Service providers may process information only as reasonably necessary to provide services on behalf of Elevate and subject to applicable contractual, security, and privacy requirements.
Data Security
Elevate uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through Elevate OS.
These measures may include:
Access controls
Authentication controls
Encrypted communications
Server-side credential handling
Restricted access to integration credentials

Organization-level data separation
Logging and monitoring
Security updates and maintenance
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Elevate therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
Authorization Tokens and Credentials
Elevate OS does not require clients to provide passwords for supported third-party marketing accounts.
Where supported, access is granted using authorization mechanisms provided by the applicable third-party platform.
Authorization credentials and tokens are intended to:
Remain server-side
Be protected against unauthorized client access
Be used only for authorized integrations
Be refreshed securely where supported
Be deleted or invalidated when appropriate after an integration is disconnected
Artificial intelligence systems do not require direct access to client passwords or login credentials in order to generate marketing recommendations.
Data Retention
Elevate retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
Provide requested services
Maintain project history
Maintain requested marketing reporting history
Provide historical intelligence and recommendations
Meet contractual obligations
Resolve disputes
Protect the security and integrity of Elevate OS
Comply with applicable law
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, client relationship, service being provided, legal requirements, and operational needs.
Disconnecting Third-Party Accounts
Authorized users may disconnect supported marketing integrations through Elevate OS where available.
Users may also revoke Elevate OS access through the applicable third-party provider.
Once an integration is disconnected or authorization is revoked, Elevate OS will stop requesting new information through that connection unless access is subsequently reauthorized.
Disconnecting an integration does not necessarily delete reports, project records, historical analytics, recommendations, or derived information that was previously generated as part of the client's services.
Data Deletion Requests
Authorized users may request deletion of eligible organization information associated with Elevate OS.
Requests may be submitted to:
Elevate may need to verify the identity and authority of the person making the request.
Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:
Legal compliance
Security
Fraud prevention
Contractual obligations
Accounting
Dispute resolution
Backup integrity
Other legitimate business requirements
Where deletion is required or appropriate, Elevate will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify eligible information.
Your Choices
Depending on the applicable services and integrations, authorized users may:
Choose whether to connect a marketing platform
Disconnect supported integrations
Revoke authorization directly with third-party providers
Request correction of certain account information
Request deletion of eligible information

Children's Privacy
Elevate OS is a business and professional services platform and is not intended for use by children.
Elevate does not knowingly design Elevate OS to collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Elevate may update this Privacy Policy as Elevate OS, its integrations, applicable laws, security requirements, or services evolve.
When material changes are made, Elevate may update the effective date shown on this page and provide additional notice where appropriate.
