Data & Integrations
How Connected Marketing Data Works
Elevate OS may allow authorized organizations to connect supported marketing and analytics platforms to provide enhanced Marketing Intelligence.
Connections may include:
Google Analytics
Google Search Console
Meta
Other supported marketing platforms may be added over time.
Not all integrations or functionality may be available to every client.
Why Connect Marketing Accounts?
Without connected data, Elevate OS may analyze information such as a company's website, content, public digital presence, and other publicly available signals.
Connecting authorized marketing accounts can allow Elevate OS to provide recommendations based on actual organization performance.
Depending on the platforms connected, this may help Elevate understand:
How people are finding the organization's website
Which pages are performing well
Which pages may need improvement
Which search queries generate visibility
Changes in organic traffic
Changes in website engagement
Advertising campaign performance
Content performance
Social media performance
Marketing trends over time
Potential marketing opportunities
How Account Connections Work
Elevate OS does not ask clients to provide their Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or other supported platform passwords.
Where supported, Elevate uses the authorization system provided by the third-party platform.
For example:
An authorized user selects "Connect Google" inside Elevate OS.
The user is redirected to Google's authorization process.
The user signs into Google directly.
Google displays the permissions being requested.
The user chooses whether to authorize Elevate OS.
The user is returned to Elevate OS after authorization.
Elevate receives authorization credentials from the provider rather than receiving the user's Google password.
Similar authorization processes may be used for other supported integrations.
Minimum Necessary Access
Elevate OS is designed to request only the permissions reasonably necessary for the functionality being provided.
For Marketing Intelligence features, Elevate intends to use read-only access by default where appropriate.
For example, Elevate may request permission to view marketing performance without requesting permission to modify campaigns.
Any future functionality that requires broader access may require separate authorization.
Google Analytics
When Google Analytics is connected, Elevate OS may access authorized information such as:
Website users
Sessions
Traffic sources
Page views
Landing page performance
Engagement
Acquisition channels
Other authorized website analytics
This information may be used to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and marketing opportunities.
Google Search Console
When Google Search Console is connected, Elevate OS may access authorized information such as:
Search queries
Search impressions
Clicks
Click-through rates
Average search position
Page performance
Search performance over time
This information may help Elevate identify organic search and content opportunities.
Meta
Where supported and authorized, Meta integrations may provide access to organization-level information related to:
Advertising performance
Campaign performance
Facebook Page activity
Instagram professional account performance
Content performance
Engagement reporting
Exact information available depends on the permissions approved by Meta and authorized by the client.
Where supported and authorized, LinkedIn integrations may provide access to organization-level information related to:
Company Page performance
Content performance
Advertising performance
Campaign reporting
Engagement reporting
Exact information available depends on LinkedIn's applicable API permissions and the access authorized by the client.
How Elevate Uses Connected Data
Connected marketing data may be used to:
Generate analytics
Generate reports
Compare performance over time
Identify patterns and trends
Identify potential marketing opportunities
Generate organization-specific recommendations
Recommend content or campaigns
Prepare production briefs
Support production requests
Measure results
Improve organization-specific Marketing Intelligence
Connected marketing data is not sold to advertisers or data brokers.
Artificial Intelligence
Elevate OS may use artificial intelligence to analyze marketing information and generate organization-specific recommendations.
Where appropriate, Elevate's systems may retrieve authorized marketing information and transform it into structured analytics before AI analysis occurs.
Authentication passwords are not required by the AI system to perform this analysis.
OAuth credentials and authorization tokens are intended to remain protected within secured server-side systems.
Connected client marketing data is not intended to train generalized artificial intelligence models for unrelated clients or third parties.
Disconnecting an Integration
Authorized users may disconnect supported integrations through Elevate OS where available.
Users may also revoke access directly through the third-party provider.
After an integration is disconnected or revoked:
Elevate OS will stop requesting new data through that connection.
Existing reports or derived recommendations may remain part of the organization's historical Elevate OS records.
Eligible historical information may be deleted upon request subject to applicable contractual, legal, security, backup, and business retention requirements.
Data Control
Clients remain in control of whether supported marketing platforms are connected to Elevate OS.
A client can use Elevate OS without connecting every supported integration, although certain Marketing Intelligence features may be limited.
